Very big, shiny and new. It does seem to have been designed by some sadistic/overly ambitious architect, as we can’t seem to go anywhere without assistance. To use the lift you need a key card which you touch to a reader; to reach the station you can’t go through the lobby but have to take the lift down to the lower level, where the door to exit seems to have been camouflaged amongst a wall of glass; even the front door presented a challenge. It’s round like a revolving door but instead of revolving the doors just slide apart. Huh.
There were a couple of problems – no 3rd bed in the room, and the slidey bathroom door was busted by some violent previous occupant. A quick word downstairs and both problems were sorted within ~20 minutes. That’s what I call service!
